A Home Maintenance Inspection from Gold Key will review areas of your home that are related to proper maintenance and repair, and make note of any concerns.*
They are performed 6 months after the initial home inspection. A reminder each year will be sent if your initial home inspection was with Gold Key.
A comprehensive Inspection Report will be emailed and will include full-color digital images.
Roof
Checking for damage, nail pops, loose flashing, gaps, age concerns, and gutter condition.
Attic
Checking for moisture concerns, leaks, insulation issues, damage, and pest concerns.
Exterior
Checking for grading changes, gaps, and overall condition of siding material.
Heating & Cooling System
Checking the filter, performance, age, and maintenance concerns.
Foundation
Checking for any visible concerns, settlement, grading and/or drainage issues, changes, cracks, and moisture.
Plumbing System
Checking for any visible leaks and evaluation of water heater age and condition.
Electrical Safety
Checking for any visible electrical concerns, testing GFCI outlets for safety, as well as an inspection of the electric panel interior.
